  • You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new condition (no scuffs, dirt, or creasing).
  • Shoes must include the original box and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shuobowenhua001@163.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
  3. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


4. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
  • For exchanges, we offer free outbound shipping of the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Attach photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will cover return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
